Women’s Breathwork and Mindful Movement
Free Pop-Up class Tuesday Sept 3rd at 11am
Full 8-week session begins Sept 10th
Breathing is so healing that it takes entire books to talk about the science, the mechanism and the benefits of breathing.
Do you recognize yourself in any of these :
- I tend to hold my breath
- I clench my teeth
- I’m anxious

- I still have problems related to my pregnancy and/or birth (incontinence, diastasis, prolapse, etc)
If you answered YES to at least one of these statements, then a regular breathwork practice could benefit you.
Breathwork can be used as a tool for health, growth, change and awakening of the body, mind and spirit. When you can change something as primal as your breath, the effects can carry over to many other aspects of your life.
In this class, we will spend 30 minutes practicing various breathwork styles to help release anxiety, release pain, increase energy, release fear and get you out of your rut.
The next 30 minutes will be used to move mindfully, nourishing these movements with our breath. Movements may be very slow at times and other times quicker in order to challenge ones ability to focus during quicker movements.. As always, we will be pulling from pilates, fascial movement and Brain-Gym to bring focus, clarity, strength, flexibility and balance to our mind and body.
If you can’t make it Live, the recording will be sent to you to do at your own pace and time 🙂
