One-Day Women’s Retreat 🌿 A Day to Come Back to Yourself

“Caring for yourself is how you stay connected to who you are.”


 

When you are a tired woman,
it’s not only the body that needs rest.
It’s the heart, the breath, the nervous system

that inner space that has been held in tension for far too long.Over my 20 years of teaching pilates, I have been fortunate to have a career that nurtures both my mind and my body. But mostly, I feel especially grateful to meet inspiring clients who challenge me to think outside the box and who amaze me with their resilience, determination, focus and hard work.

Spring arrives like a whisper.
The light slowly returns,
the earth awakens without rushing,
and nature reminds us that we don’t need to force ourselves in order to renew.

A one-day retreat is a conscious pause from the rhythm of everyday life.
A day to set down what feels heavy,
to slow down, breathe,
and return to yourself
—without roles to play, without performance.

As the day unfolds,
the body softens,
the mind quiets,
and energy begins to flow again, naturally.

Through gentle movement, breath, silence, and shared presence,
you allow yourself to be supported rather than carrying everything on your own.

Spring is the perfect time for this.
Not to do more,
but to nourish what is ready to bloom within you.

To care for your vitality,
to listen to your own rhythm,
and to offer yourself the same gentleness you so freely give to others.

This retreat is a simple invitation:
to pause for one day,
to let yourself be,
and to leave feeling more grounded, lighter,
reconnected to your living energy.

STARTING TO HEAL THROUGH MOVEMENT AND YOUR BREATH

Through conscious movement, breathwork, and moments of quiet listening,
you will leave feeling grounded, nourished, and more deeply aligned with yourself
—physically, emotionally, and from within.

it is a return to what truly matters.

• Gentle, conscious movement
• Meditation / breathing / relaxation
• Self-massage with therapy balls
• Pilates / fascial movement / somatic movement
