Delicious Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of pitted dates
- 250 ml (1 cup) of natural almonds
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) cacao powder
- 30 ml (2 tbs) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbs) of hemp seeds
- 15 ml (1 tbs) of chia seeds
- 15 ml (1 tbs) of water
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
- In food processor, mix all the ingredients except the 60 ml (1/4 cup) of shredded coconut
- With your hands, shape balls and cover with reserved shredded coconut.
For a school-safe version, omit the almond and just add more hemp and chia seeds.
